Please find our full Terms and Conditions policies below. By booking or receiving treatment at srgn, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Cancellation Policy

srgn operates a 3-working-day cancellation policy. To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please email info@srgn.co or call the clinic you are due to attend.

If you give more than 3 working days’ notice, your deposit will be credited to your account. If less notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking and payment will be required.

Deposits for All Appointments

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This is redeemable against your treatment on the day.

  • Doctor appointments: £50 deposit
  • Medical appointments: £50 deposit
  • Dr Ayad Harb appointments: £250 deposit (non-refundable, redeemable against same-day treatment)

Dr Ayad Harb – Specialist Policy

Appointments with Dr Ayad Harb require a £250 non-refundable deposit, redeemable against any same-day treatment performed by Dr Ayad. This ensures sufficient time and preparation for specialist consultations.

Follow-up appointments with Dr Ayad are charged at £125, unless you opt to see another doctor for your follow-up, in which case it is complimentary. This fee is waived in cases of complications that require follow-up by Dr Ayad.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

To change or cancel your appointment, please call SRGN and speak to a member of our team. Email is accepted but phoning is the most immediate way to ensure your request is processed in time.

Children Policy

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms, and cannot be left unaccompanied in the clinic. Please arrange alternative childcare when attending your appointment.

Pets Policy

Only certified service animals are permitted in the clinic.

Promotional Offers

Offers are limited to one per person and cannot be used alongside other discounts or product purchases unless explicitly stated. All offers are subject to availability.

Gift Vouchers

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Valid only for the period stated on the voucher
  • Not valid for surgical treatments
  • One voucher per person
  • Must be presented at the time of appointment

Complaints Policy

All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@srgn.co. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two working days.

Problems with Treatments or Products

Any issues must be reported as soon as possible, with clear photos sent to info@srgn.co. In most cases, an in-person review by a practitioner will be needed. Delays in reporting or failure to follow SRGN’s post-treatment advice may worsen outcomes and limit what we can do to help.

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds or exchanges on prescription products
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt, for an exchange or credit note
  • Opened products cannot be refunded unless faulty
  • If you experience a reaction, contact our team for support. Reactions discussed during consultation are not grounds for refund.

Promotions & Pricing

All treatments, services, and prices are subject to change at any time. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated. In the event of a pricing error, SRGN reserves the right to amend or cancel the transaction.

Lateness Policy

If you are late, we may not be able to complete your treatment or may need to cancel. Some treatments require numbing cream applied 30 minutes prior to your appointment — if missed, we may be unable to proceed. Always arrive on time to avoid disappointment.

Clients Under the Influence

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This excludes those on prescribed medication.
