Cancellation Policy

Please note that SRGN operates on a 3 working days cancellation policy. To cancel or rearrange appointments, please email info@srgn.co or call the clinic you will be attending. We kindly ask you to give us 3 working days notice. If you cancel before 3 working days, you will receive a refund or credit to your account. If adequate notice is not given, you will be required to rebook and pay again. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment for no-shows or late cancellations.

Doctor Appointments

There is a charge of £100 for all doctor appointments, which will be credited to your account. The same 3 working days cancellation policy applies, and the charge will be credited to your account if the appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice.

Medical Appointments Deposit

There is a £50 medical appointments deposit which is non-refundable but can be used towards your treatment. To proceed with any of our treatments, you must be 18 years or over.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

Please phone SRGN and speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

Policy on Children

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the clinic. Our staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children. We respectfully ask our clients to refrain from bringing their children to treatments. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time.

Policy on Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow pets other than service animals in the clinic.

Promotional Offers

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will state their validity period. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for surgical treatments or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher to your appointment.

Complaints Policy

Complaints should be made by e-mail to the info@srgn.co. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days.

Problems with Treatment

Any problems with treatments performed (or products purchased) from SRGN need to be reported as soon as they are discovered, with photographs emailed to info@srgn.co. Ideally, practitioners need to examine problems in person, and this should be arranged as soon as possible. Many problems heal without long-term complications if dealt with promptly. SRGN cannot be held responsible for problems that occur or are made worse due to a lack of reporting/updates or not following SRGN advice.

Refunds

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not possible on prescription products. Any unopened product can be returned within 14 days in a saleable condition and with the original receipt for exchange or credit note. Opened products cannot be refunded for any reason unless they are defective. If you have suffered an unexpected reaction to any product, please seek advice from SRGN staff who can advise on alternatives. Most reactions are expected and will have been discussed with you – in these cases, SRGN staff will give further advice on future use.

Promotions and Pricing

Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated. All treatments, products, and offers are subject to availability. Prices can change at any time without notice. In the event of pricing errors, SRGN reserves the right not to proceed with the sale.

Lateness Policy

If arrival is delayed, it is not always possible for us to accommodate your full appointment, which means your appointment time may have to be shortened or cancelled. We will always try to accommodate last-minute changes if we can; however, this is only if the appointment is available for a later time. Please be aware that with certain skin treatments, we may require you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for the application of numbing cream. Any lateness may mean the treatment is cancelled if staff members do not feel they can perform the treatment without the numbing cream being applied.

Drunk or Under the Influence of Substances

The staff at SRGN will refuse treatment to any clients who are disruptive and obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This does not include clients who are receiving prescribed medication.
